Question: I am wanting to buy this fully restored vehicle with a salvage title. However I am wanting to know will I be able to get Comprehensive and Collision coverages since a lot of money was put into this car.

Some insurance companies do not offer physical damage coverage of any kind on a vehicle with a salvage title. Insurance companies are very strict about not covering previous damage vehicles. Typical physical damage insurance requirements:
* Detailed mechanical inspection
* On sight physical damage inspection by insurance agent
* Current photos showing multiple views of the vehicle
I would think twice a make sure buying a vehicle with a salvage title is worth it. You may even want to call your auto insurance agent and have him/her provide you with a quote if in fact they will insure a salvage vehicle.
